I continue to have imposter syndrome, thinking of this level of attainment. There are so many highly skilled practitioners in our dojo, the Training Station, it’s easy to feel like an imposter.
Like many things in life, my journey has been a story of obtaining a goal/level of success by – keep showing up!
The first ten years of my Ju Jitsu/Kenpo journey have been amazing! My experience has been very helpful for mind and body. I look forward to continuing the journey!
