I was recently awarded a blue belt in Kenpo/Ju Jitsu Karate by Sensei Master Terry Dow at The Training Station in Manchester. When Master Terry asked what achieving a blue belt meant to me, I noted how much I appreciate his and his team’s mentorship, and that it was a step along the way in my journey. The Training Station owner’s Terry and Christina Dow and their team of certified instructors invite you into their family from day one. They are such great people and have INCREDIBLE patience. My experience at the Training Station center for Martial Arts and Fitness has been tremendous and I look forward to continuing my journey.
