About the Role

We’re seeking a Financial Planner to join our team in Bedford, NH (hybrid schedule; candidates must reside within 30 minutes of the office). Part-time or flexible parent- friendly hours are available for the right candidate. This is an excellent role for someone who is curious, analytical, and excited to continue building a strong foundation in comprehensive financial planning.

You’ll work closely with senior advisors to help deliver high quality financial planning across key areas such as cashflow and retirement planning, tax strategy, education planning, risk management, and estate considerations. It’s hands-on, impactful work that directly enhances clients’ lives.


What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Build and update detailed financial plans using RightCapital planning software
  • Implement and monitor clients’ financial plans to ensure meaningful progress toward goals
  • Execute investment allocations across major custodians (Fidelity, Schwab), employer plans, and 529 accounts using Advyzon CRM, Portfolio Management and Trading apps
  • Review and annualize client paystubs to assess tax withholding, retirement contributions, and HSA funding
  • Develop tax projections using RightCapital, W2 Projections and Tax Planning software to help clients minimize their tax burden avoid tax season surprises
  • Contribute to creating and refining CRM workflows and assisting with our AI projects and processes to enhance our client and team member experience


Qualifications

(We will train the right candidate — enthusiasm matters as much as experience.)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of financial planning experience (internships included)
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural interest in financial data
  • Familiarity with investments is a plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and comfort managing multiple priorities
  • CFP® certification or pursing
