We had a great experience helping out one of our favorite local charities recently! We wanted to show support and appreciation to the heroes on the front lines at Families in Transition – New Horizons (FIT) and support a local business.
These heroes at Families in Transition are showing up daily to ensure that the most vulnerable in our community are staying safe and living in accordance with the social distancing guidelines dictated by the COVID-19 pandemic. So to all of you heroes: THANK YOU!
We got together with 99 Restaurants in Manchester, NH and purchased gift cards to get into the hands of those on the front lines at FIT. Shout out to the Ninety-Nine for adding an extra $5 to every gift card we purchased – way to go! They are offering daily curbside pick up and delivery services to go, by the way!
Supporting a restaurant business was a no brainer given that our founder and quarterback, Bob Bartley, grew up working in his family’s business – Mr.Bartley’s Gourmet Burgers-Harvard Univ. We know how hard hospitality businesses have been hit with this pandemic.
We feel like it’s a win-win to help Families in Transition – New Horizons (FIT) with the Ninety-Nine Restaurants.
